Website and feedback privacy
Updated 12 October 2026. This notice covers the Dimau Fintech Group website and its optional “Test & feedback” form. Linked products have their own data practices.
Browsing this website
Vercel hosts this site and receives technical request information needed to deliver and secure it, including IP addresses and browser information. Opening the feedback panel does not submit feedback. The homepage does not load the optional trial tracker.
When you send feedback
Dimau Fintech Group uses feedback to understand problems and improve its products. Pressing “Send to Dimau” sends your selected rating, message, checklist answers and optional name to our Supabase-hosted feedback service. It also stores a product identifier, a page address without query strings or fragments, receipt time, IP address, browser user-agent and request origin. Technical information supports operation and abuse prevention.
Feedback is stored with access restricted to the authorised Dimau team and hosting providers who help operate the service. Please do not include passwords, account numbers, identity documents, payment details or confidential information. You can leave your name blank.
Hosting and retention
Vercel, Supabase and their infrastructure providers may process requests in other countries. Feedback remains stored until it is removed; an automatic deletion period has not been configured for this form. Provider logs and recovery copies follow the providers’ retention arrangements. This form is separate from any optional app trial, whose notice describes different collection and retention rules.
Contact and requests
For privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Give the approximate submission time and enough non-sensitive context to help us locate the feedback. Feedback without a name may be difficult to identify. You can use the website without sending feedback.
If you use an email link, your email application and provider handle the message you choose to send.
